The main purpose of this study is to review the research to identify the impact of rumors related to ISIS takfiri groups on the sense of security of citizens of Ilam province (with emphasis on fear, social capital, armed forces capability, immigration and psychological security).Research Methodology: The qualitative research method is expert meeting and content analysis, during which the opinions of experts were extracted and analyzed through interviews. The statistical population includes: law enforcement experts, especially in the field of information (10 people), education teachers (8 people) and faculty members and students of different fields of Ilam University (9 people) and high-ranking officials (8 people) in Ilam, which Targeted forms with the highest diversity of groups up to theoretical saturation were selected. The reason for selecting these 35 people was that they had the most information on the subject of research. ).Findings and Conclusions: Findings in re-reading the effect of ISIL rumors on the sense of security due to the destruction of the core of Salafi and Takfiri groups that were on the same level of ISIL in terms of intellectual and doctrinal reading, revealed the current sense of security in five areas Research has increased and it does not seem that the feeling of security through the phenomenon of ISIL and their rumors have much effect on the feeling of psychological security, fear, migration, social capital and the capabilities of the armed forces in the city of Ilam.
